About this vehicle
The main feature of the Vz. 60S project was the implementation of anti-HEAT screens. The sections on its turret were differentiated armoring that contained polyurethane elements and steel plates. The hull sides and lower glacis plate, in turn, were supposed to be reinforced with steel screens. The vehicle never saw mass production for several reasons, but some of its technical solutions were used for further modification projects of the mass-produced T-55 Czechoslovak tanks.
